The Chefs

Martin Juneau
Chef Martin Jeneau is a chef-owner of the restaurant and natural wines bar, Pastaga, in Montreal, Quebec and 2011 “Golt Medal Plates” competition winner, known for his inventive and eclectic cuisine which is among the most creative in the province. To the general public, he is best known as a judge of the reality TV cooking show Et que ça saute! on V télé (2011-2012). Since then, he’s appeared on numerous televisions shows including Le Priz Juneau, La tag BBQ (Zeste TV) and Un chef à l’oreille (ICI Radio-Canada Télé). This summer, you can watch him host Amateur des foodies (Zeste TV, TVA sports).
Matthew Stowe
Executive Chef of the JOEY Restaurant Group and Food Network’s Top Chef Canada Winner Matthew Stowe is one of the most recognized chefs in British Columbia and across the country. As a past honours graduate of New York’s prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Mathew quickly worked his way up in the kitchen after joining the famed NYC French restaurant, Lutèce. He then became the Executive Chef of Sonora Resort, wrote his first cookbook and joined Cactus Club Cafe as the Product Development Chef. Today, Chef Stowe still holds the record for most episodes won by any competitor in Top Chef Canada’s history.
