  • 1 bottle Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc or Lager
  • 1 x 50mL of Absolute Grapefruit
  • 1-2 oz of grapefruit juice
  • 1 grapefruit slice

Both sour and refreshing, the grapefruit flavours in this recipe work well against both Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc and Lager. It injects a zing of flavour and amplifies the complex notes already present in both beers. With only 3 ingredients and garnish, it’s also simple and quick so you can get back outside and enjoy summer.

  • 1 bottle Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc or Lager
  • 1 x 50mL of Absolute Grapefruit
  • 1-2 oz of grapefruit juice
  • 1 grapefruit slice

Instructions

For the Cocktail

Step 1

Pour the bottle of Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc or Lager into a glass, over ice. Let it settle.

Step 2

Add the Absolut Grapefruit.

Step 3

Add a splash of 1-2 oz of Grapefruit juice.

To Serve

Step 4

Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
